Can you tell me if you have a specific item in stock?
Because we put more than 2,500 items on to each sales floor daily, we’re unable to inventory or identify specific items for sale in our stores. Our retail stores are filled with treasures, and we encourage you to shop often, and shop many locations, to find those one-of-a-kind items we have to offer.
Do you offer discounts?
At this time Goodwill has temporarily suspended all discounts. These will be revisited once all stores reopen following COVID-19.
What's your return policy?
At this time, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be allowed out of concern for the health and safety of our associates and shoppers.
