Can you tell me if you have a specific item in stock?
Because we put more than 2,500 items on to each sales floor daily, we’re unable to inventory or identify specific items for sale in our stores. Our retail stores are filled with treasures, and we encourage you to shop often, and shop many locations, to find those one-of-a-kind items we have to offer.
Do you offer discounts?
Each week you’ll discover thousands of items marked down through our Color Of The Week sale. All items with a tag corresponding to the Color Of The Week are 50% off. Look for signage indicating this week’s color at the front of each retail store.
We also offer our Frequent Shopper Program. After four purchases of $15 or more you’ll receive a coupon for 20% off your next purchase of $20 or more.
Discounts and coupons cannot be combined.
What's your return policy?
While we do not have a return policy, we do have an exchange policy. Customers may exchange textiles (includes all clothing and linens) and electric/mechanical (anything with a cord that gets plugged in) within 7 days of the purchase. All tags must be attached and the return must be accompanied with the original receipt. All other merchandise categories are final sale. This includes wares, shoes, handbags, art, accessories, media of all kinds, furniture.
