Goodwill of Central & Coastal Virginia Receives Three-Year CARF Accreditation

GOODWILL OF CENTRAL & COASTAL VIRGINIA RECEIVES INTERNATIONAL CARF ACCREDITATION

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia (GCCVA) is honored to receive the CARF International (CARF) three-year accreditation for our employee support services and job development programs. The accreditation represents the highest level of accreditation that can be given to an organization and shows Goodwill’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards.

CARF Accreditation LogoThe survey was conducted November 2021, with the two primary standards surveyed being employee support and job development. Valid through March 31, 2024, the CARF accreditation demonstrates that GCCVA has undergone a rigorous peer review process and demonstrated its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable and of the highest quality to a team of surveyors during on-site visits.

“Every Goodwill associate should take pride in their contribution towards achieving this accreditation,” said Goodwill CEO Mark Barth. “This achievement showcases our dedication and commitment to changing lives by helping people help themselves through the power of work. We are honored to do our part in providing solutions that benefit our communities.”
