Pam Beatty joins Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia as Interim Chief Financial Officer.  Pam comes to Goodwill as a highly accomplished finance executive with a proven track record of success in driving profitability and directing financial operations in diverse global manufacturing businesses. International experience with financial responsibility for businesses from $20M to $7B+. Her areas of expertise include treasury management, information systems, business process development, strategic financial planning and analysis, and product costing methodologies. 

Throughout her career, Pam has worked through and led many successful system implementations – with special focus on product costing methodologies. She is expertly skilled in forecasting, business analysis, developing/improving annual budget processes.
