Dean Sculthorpe

Vice President , Donated Goods Operations

As Vice President of Donated Goods Operations, Dean Sculthorpe is responsible for Real Estate, Facilities and Post Retail functions across the organization.

Sculthorpe joined Goodwill in September 2017 as District Operations Manager for the peninsula stores. In 2018, he was assigned Director of Retail Operations for Coastal Virginia overseeing 19 retail locations.

Prior to joining Goodwill, he had a lengthy tenure with Ukrop’s Supermarkets, a values-based company nationally recognized for associate development and customer satisfaction.

Dean has served in various Board of Director roles for United Way of Greater Williamsburg, Williamsburg Community Foundation, Hospice House and Support Care of Williamsburg and currently Heritage Humane Society. In his free time, Dean enjoys travelling, reading, kayaking and enjoying quality time with family and friends, preferably near the water.

A native of Richmond, Dean currently resides in Williamsburg.
