Matthew Stegall is the Vice President of Donated Goods Operations for Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia, where he oversees all retail stores, ecommerce, and post retail operations. With 20+ years of experience in retail leadership, Matthew has held various roles with escalating responsibility, most recently serving since September 2019 as the Sr. Director of Stores for Goodwill of North Georgia.

Prior to his Goodwill experience Matthew spent time with Dollar General and almost 15 years with CVS/Pharmacy in multiple leadership positions throughout his tenure.

A dedicated professional, Matthew’s passion for retail began in his childhood, inspired by watching his father lead in the industry. Outside of work, he is a devoted father of three boys and has been happily married for over 15 years. In his free time, Matthew enjoys golfing and honing his skills as an amateur chef.
