Goodwill Academy™ focuses on the basic skills needed to get and keep a job – with any employer or as an entrepreneur.  Goodwill Academy builds upon our experience training those with challenges to employment to create a pipeline of dependable, qualified workers to the workforce in general.  

At Goodwill Academy, anyone can “earn while they learn” and we actively support and assist the employee in getting a better job and wage outside of Goodwill, if they so choose.  They also can grow within our organization.  This is unique to Goodwill as we actively encourage and support employees to work, learn, and fulfill their greatest potential and highest level of self-sufficiency, wherever that may be.
