Everett Shupe

For over twenty-five years, Everett Shupe has been committed to the development of individuals through various roles and activities.  Most recently, Everett served as the Sr. Director of Leadership and Learning at Goodwill Industries International® where he was responsible for designing the curriculum, managing faculty, serving as program advisor for several cohort-based leadership development programs as well as leading GII’s National events. In his role as vice president of leadership and workforce development, Everett oversees leadership and curriculum development for Goodwill Academy of Virginia, as well all workforce services including Supported Employment.

Everett graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Hood College. Most recently, Everett earned his Doctorate in Education from The George Washington University Human and Organization Learning Executive Leadership Program.
