Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia Hosts Grand Opening of Stratford Hills Retail Store

WHAT:
Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its newest retail store and donation center, conveniently located in the Stratford Hills shopping center (just in time for Halloween). When fully staffed, the Stratford Hills store is expected to employ at least 20 Central Virginia residents, further contributing to the local economy.
The ribbon-cutting event is open to the public and aims to be filled with excitement and bargains. Shoppers will find many upgrades in this location including all new LED lighting throughout the store, convenient fitting rooms, a large housewares section and a well-lit donation drop-off area in the rear of the store. Attendees of this event are invited to explore the store’s offerings and take advantage of special promotions, including gifts for the first 100 customers in the door and hidden gift cards throughout the store on this special day.

WHEN:
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Thursday, Oct. 5, at 8:50 a.m., ushering in a new opportunity for the community to find clothes, home goods and other unique finds while supporting individuals facing challenges to work in our community.
