We appreciate your donations to Goodwill, but there are certain items we are unable to accept out of concern for the safety of our associates, donors, and shoppers.
Goodwill does not accept certain items, including but not limited to:
- Building materials (carpet, shutters, sinks, flooring, etc.) (We encourage you to contact the Habitat ReStore for donation of these materials!)
- CRT monitors / televisions (tube televisions)
- Frequently recalled items including:
- Infant furniture
- Car seats
- Baby cribs
- Strollers
- Kerosene and gas heaters and/or appliances
- Large household appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers, A/C units, water heaters, etc.)
- Lawn equipment (lawnmowers, gas-powered equipment)
- Mattresses and box springs
- Paint and/or chemicals
- Weapons, guns and ammunition
