los Start Fresh program is the first training program new hires will receive after they complete New Hire Orientation. Start Fresh utilizes a blended learning delivery to teach new associates about:
- Goodwill history and the mission
- Setting personal and professional SMART Goals
- Providing professional and positive customer service through the utilization of GOODwalk
- Self-empowerment and how to “Own your future.”
Additionally, Start Fresh participants are paired with a dedicated Peer Coach and complete a Capstone project as they put their learnings in to action.
