As chief financial officer at Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia, Scott Warren is responsible for the organization’s current and future banking relationships and financial systems that support its $72M operating budget, and is involved in key financial organizational management decisions. He joined Goodwill in 2010 with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations manage change, providing expertise in senior-level business, systems and financial management.
Warren is the co-founder of Warren Whitney, a Richmond-based management consulting firm.
Originally from Delaware, Warren earned a business degree from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Warren serves on the finance committee for the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce and Willow Oaks Country Club, as well as on the membership committee for the Association of Corporate Growth. He also serves on the Board and is Treasurer for The Valentine, a museum and history center in Richmond. Warren resides in Richmond.
