Anne Tuzik

Chief Financial Officer

Anne Tuzik, CPA joined Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia as Chief Financial Officer in the fall of 2025.

Anne brings to our Goodwill over 20 years of distinguished experience in financial leadership, strategic transformation, and operational excellence. Her career includes serving as CFO for the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, where she led global finance and accounting operations through a period of significant organizational change. Prior to that, she was CFO of GPA, North America’s largest distributor of specialty substrates, where she successfully implemented a company-wide enterprise resource planning system, including bar coding and inventory management, guiding the company’s transition from private equity ownership to a strategic partner.

Anne earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from DePaul University, graduating with honors, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

She resides in Richmond, Virginia, and is the proud mother of two college athletes — her daughter is studying Biology at Norwich University, and her son is studying Cybersecurity at Christopher Newport University.
