What is GoodPerks?
GoodPerks is Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia’s new loyalty rewards program. Members earn points on eligible purchases that can be redeemed for rewards on future shopping trips.
Do all Goodwill organizations have rewards programs?
No. GoodPerks is offered exclusively by Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia. Because each local Goodwill is independently operated, rewards programs vary by region. For a list of participating locations, please click here.
Why should I join?
GoodPerks is a free and easy way to get rewarded for shopping at Goodwill. Members receive:
• Points on eligible purchases
• Rewards that can be redeemed on future purchases
• Access to exclusive promotions and special offers throughout the year
How do I join?
Joining is easy and free! Simply scan the GoodPerks QR code displayed near the store entrance or ask a cashier for assistance. Complete your online registration, and you’ll be ready to start earning rewards.
What about my privacy?
Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information is used only to administer the GoodPerks program, communicate rewards and promotions (if you choose to receive them), and improve your shopping experience. We do not sell your personal information.
How do I show my membership and redeem GoodPerks rewards?
When checking out, simply provide the phone number associated with your GoodPerks account. Available rewards will automatically appear for the cashier to apply to your purchase.
How do I earn points?
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible full-price merchandise.
The following purchases do not earn points:
• Outlet, electronic store, auction, or ShopGoodwill.com purchases
• Gift cards
• Taxes and other non-merchandise charges
How do I redeem points?
After earning 100 points, you’ll automatically receive a $5 reward that can be used on a purchase of $25 or more. Simply identify yourself at checkout using your phone number, and available rewards can be redeemed.
Can I stack my offers or discounts?
You may only redeem one (1) $5 reward per transaction. GoodPerks rewards cannot be combined with other coupons or promotional offers unless specifically stated. Some promotions may have additional restrictions.
Can I earn points at the Outlets or Auction?
At launch, GoodPerks points and rewards are available only at participating Goodwill retail stores. Purchases made at Goodwill Outlet Stores, Electronics Stores, ShopGoodwill.com, Auctions, or other specialty sales are not currently eligible.
Do you offer military, senior, teacher, or other standing discounts?
No. Rather than offering discounts to specific groups, GoodPerks allows every shopper to earn rewards simply by shopping at Goodwill.
Do you offer birthday rewards?
Not at launch. However, we’re exploring special birthday rewards and other bonus promotions as the GoodPerks program grows.
Why do I have to complete an online profile to earn points?
Your profile creates your unique GoodPerks account, allowing us to track your points, issue rewards, and provide you with special offers. It also helps protect your account if you change your phone number or need assistance.
Where can I earn and redeem points?
GoodPerks points and rewards can be earned and redeemed at participating Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia retail stores only. For a list of participating locations, please click here.
Do my points and rewards expire?
• Points expire one year (365 days) after issuance
• Rewards expire 31 days after issuance
