Welcome to GoodPerks, the free loyalty rewards program offered by Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia (“Goodwill”). By enrolling in GoodPerks, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Membership
- GoodPerks is free to join.
- Membership is limited to one account per individual.
- Members must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping their account information current.
- Membership is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Earning Points
- Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible full-price merchandise at participating Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia retail stores.
- Points are not earned on:
- Gift cards (if offered)
- Sales tax or other non-merchandise charges
- Purchases made in any Goodwill outlet store, electronics store, auction or on ShopGoodwill.com
- Purchases designated by Goodwill as ineligible
- Points have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned.
Rewards
- Members receive a $5 reward after earning 100 points.
- Rewards may be redeemed on purchases of $25 or more before applicable taxes.
- Unless otherwise stated, only one GoodPerks reward may be redeemed per qualifying transaction.
- Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, prior purchases, or exchanged for any other offer except where required by law.
Expiration
- Points expire 365 days after issuance.
- Issued rewards expire 31 days after the date they are issued. Rewards not redeemed by 11:59 p.m. local time on the 31st day following issuance will automatically expire.
- Expired points and rewards cannot be reinstated, extended, or redeemed.
- Additional rewards that may be issued are subject to expiration dates.
Eligible Locations
- GoodPerks points and rewards may be earned and redeemed only at participating Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia retail stores.
- Purchases made through Goodwill Outlets, Electronics Stores, ShopGoodwill.com, auctions, or other specialty operations are not eligible unless otherwise announced.
Promotions
- Goodwill may periodically offer bonus point events, birthday rewards, or other special promotions. These additional promotions are not guaranteed or implied.
- Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions and may not be combined with other coupons, discounts, or promotions unless expressly stated.
Account Use
- Members should identify themselves at checkout using the phone number associated with their GoodPerks account.
- Members are responsible for safeguarding access to their account.
- Fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, misuse of rewards, or abuse of the GoodPerks program may result in forfeiture of points and rewards and termination of membership.
Privacy
- Information collected through GoodPerks is used to administer the program, provide rewards, communicate promotional offers (when you choose to receive them), and improve the customer experience.
- Goodwill does not sell members’ personal information.
- Please refer to the GoodPerks Mobile Terms and Conditions for additional information regarding mobile communications via the GoodPerks program.
- Please refer to Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia’s Privacy Policy for additional information regarding the collection and use of personal information.
Program Changes
Goodwill reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate GoodPerks, including its rewards structure, point values, eligible purchases, participating locations, promotional offers, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia shall not be liable for technical issues, system outages, unauthorized account access, lost rewards due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the GoodPerks program.

Legal Notice
GoodPerks is offered by Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia and is void where prohibited by law. Membership, points, and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, purchased, or exchanged. Rewards expire 31 days after issuance unless otherwise stated. Participation in GoodPerks constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or discontinue the GoodPerks program at any time. All decisions regarding program eligibility, rewards, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are final.
