The TIE program is designed to move TANF recipients to a sustainable, independent life through work.
This program is dedicated to serving TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families) recipients with challenges to employment. The program is designed to move TANF recipients to a sustainable, independent life through work. We collaborate with the Department of Social Services and community employers to find the best fit for these job seekers and provide the necessary support to ensure success.
Funded by the Department of Social Services, the TIE program provides an array of integrated services, including intensive case management, job seeking skills training, intervention/advocacy on the job, work experience opportunities and various life skills workshops.
TIE participants must meet the following criteria:

• Meet the program criteria as outlined by the local Department of Social Services
