Cleaning Schedule Made Simple

By Laura Faison on Jan 14, 2016

Weekly Cleaning ScheduleSometimes it’s the bane of my existence and sometimes it’s a great way to get rid of some steam.  Unfortunately, for all of us I presume, we have incredibly busy lives and trying to keep up with that day to day cleaning, especially on days when I just want to couch it, is tough.  I used to wait until the weekend to do ALL OF IT which meant I was spending my weekend cleaning and not having fun.

Last year I decided I was going to put a stop to this and created a weekly cleaning schedule for myself.  It forced me to do a little bit of work when I got home, instead of going straight for the couch, and in return my weekends are mine!   We want to help you get started on the right foot this year! I’ve added my weekly cleaning schedule for you to print and use in your own home.

Let us know if you use it and if it helps! Remember just do a little each day and you’ll reap the rewards of weekend freedom.

Happy Cleaning!

When does the rest of the laundry get done? I would have 12 more loads by the end of the week!

This sounds like a great plan to follow or at least use as a template that can be tweaked to each person’s individual needs. To MO who has a lot of laundry, I would throw a load in the wash before I start that days chores and then another after that is finished . Laundry can be folded while your watching TV and the kids can help. Thanks for giving me a plan to follow, I think it’s just what I need to stay on top of the cleaning.

Yes, that’s a great idea I do a load or two every other day so I would just add that to the days I need to do laundry! I have been going to make a list up but now I will just tweak this one to meet my needs. Thanks so much

Would there be anyway to get a template sent so that a person could adjusted to their own needs? Very good starting point for setting up one’s own schedule!
    Thank you!
