Christopher’s Angels Honors Memory of Goodwill Board Members’ Son

By Laura Faison on Apr 05, 2016

Christophers-Angels-logo-FINAL-300x285Christopher’s Angels was created by Alexander Sims, son of Goodwill Board Chair Scott Sims, in the spirit of his twin brother Christopher, who died by suicide in 2014 at the age of 14.

In his short life, with many accomplishments and many friends, Christopher believed that kindness can change the world and make it a better place. He was kind to people and animals and believed every person offered a unique contribution to our world!

The Angels are comprised of students from Mills E. Godwin High School and Virginia Commonwealth University who wish to follow in Christopher’s footsteps by conducting random acts of kindness and good deeds, and want to inspire others to do the same. They also participate in Outreach Mentoring Projects in Richmond, VA.
